David thought first he should stop the curse so he went to Mrs. Bayfied's house and apologize. Mrs.Bayfied actually didn't curse him, but since she found out that David thinks she cursed him, she said to bring back her cane, so David got her cane and found out that she didn't curse him.  When I read this book, I thought mysteries are not scary after finding out about it. David found out Mrs.Brayfied wasn't a witch and was Tori's aunt. And ·Mrs.Bayfied didn't curse him. Like this, even though this or that kind of mystery is scary, you shouldn't believe in witches, curses or more of those things.
