Nowadays, Korea is troubled by youth employment problems. Increasingly, youth generation only want large companies and small and medium-sized companies are suffering from job shortages. They even take a leave of absence from school to get a job at large companies. I think this situation is very serious. National economic development is possible only when small and medium-sized companies are developed, but small and medium-sized companies are suffering from job shortages.  Of course, it's good to enter a large company, but for those who are not capable of that, it may be a better way to enter a small and medium-sized company and get recognized for their skills and build a career in the long run. (Correct)
