- is used to talk about a completed action in a time before now. The simple past is the basic form of past tense in English. The time of the action can be in the recent past or the distant past and action duration is not important.

B. Make these sentences into English.

-일어설 수가 없네.손 좀 잡아줘.

I can`t stand up. Please get my hand. -> I can't stand up. Give me your hands.

-너 좀 쉬어야겠다.

You should to rest. -> You have to take a break.
