A.) Does the Koh-I-Noor belong to India? Please elaborate on your answer.

India's claim about the Koh-i-Noor would be legitimate if the following three conditions are all satisfied. 

First, the last Sikh ruler had to have righteous ownership. 

Second, India could be said to have succeeded the Sikh Empire. 

Third, Britain should have forced him to abandon the diamond.

As long as I know, two of the conditions, the second and the third, are not met.

The Sikh Empire's territory was divided by both Pakistan and India, which is insufficient to admit India's succession. 

The ruler gave Queen Victoria the diamond of his own will. 

So India's ownership could not be accepted.          ✔
