The temperature is high so it seems like summer. Well, my table tennis partner often texts me these days. I feel pain on my right knee so I get blue. I told him about   that and he cared about me. He also used to feel pain on his knee. He understands how much I get pain. We are good friends. Sometimes he is better than my husband. ha-ha.I am happy playing table tennis now. But if I can't do that in the future, I will be terrible then. In order not to do so, I take two vitamins / medicines for my knees after breakfast. My table tennis partner recommended the vitamins / medicines. My husband said, "you should lose weight”. Especially, eat less for dinner I think he is right.
